A new version of House of Cards.

With this version "Dâ Tônkar bâ sol" has been added to House of Cards, and with that all games I wanted to be present in the first version of House of Cards are present. And that also means that I will step down for a moment and focus some more on Luna's Father. 

But it's not over for this project YET.

1. First of all, I found a huge list of many kinds of solitaire games, and there are many titles I've never heard of. Should I be able to comprehend their rules I may add them.
2. The bug of card reversal in undoing moves in Klondike has NOT yet been fixed. The reason is because I've studied the reason behind this bug and came to the conclusion that I messed that part op so bad that I will have to recode large parts and it's not possible for me to properly schedule that on a short term. I *will* get into that though.
3. The way King's Corners is covered may not be fully right. I chose this approach as it was the first game to be added and I needed to sort more out than the game itself. I've been notified of a version of this game with more rules offering more than just guessing. I will try to study that, and try to implement this expanded version. I can't rule out I might have to recode that game entirely though, so that will be for later.
4. Of course, I've put in some public domain decks, my Fairy Tale deck, a Pixel Deck, but don't you want more? If you want me to add a deck dedicated to your work, then hey, why not. Just check out the instructions here to see how to do that.
5. And the game will run in English by default but also supports Dutch, German and French and (partially) Italian (I will need to contact the Italian translator for some last translations, so hang on). If you want to translate the game, you can find the file with all English text here. You can best leave the [^SYS^] portion alone here and in the [LANGUAGE] portion you should give up the name of your language in your language, and your name as the name of the translator. In all other sections, just change all the values to your language and we're set. Quickest way to get your translation into the game is by pull request, but if you don't know how to do that, you can also just contact me about that. 

For now my focus will get back to Luna's Father. But I will try to study some more solitaire games which may be added in the future.
