The first time you open the puzzle editor the game might crash. Since it never happened to me again, I was not able to replicate this. If this happens to you, please screenshot the error and place it on my issue tracker in this issue. Thank you.
I could not fully test the game out in Linux. It SHOULD work, though. If it doesn't please write a ticket on my issue tracker about it, and tell me in detail what is wrong.
